We are a full service organisation, meaning that once contractual agreements are reached in most cases our partnership management team then follow through to ensure the smooth delivery of all of the agreed deliverables between the parties. This service often involves the co-ordination of various styles of events, activations and brand awareness campaigns. For example the delivery of an end to end corporate hospitality service to supplement a major on car brand partnership. Or a product and promotional event that leverages stakeholder assets to achieve defined goals.

COMPANY HISTORY
Our company was founded in 2008 when our Managing Director established his own business following his role as CEO of one of Australia's largest motorsport teams. In recent years we have managed high profile naming rights assets with multiple Supercar teams for example. A large percentage of our clients are either national leaders in their markets and in some cases global leaders. We are accustomed with the standards and expectations that such blue chip clients expect.

Generation of sales assets include 3D design of cars, race tracks, corporate events. Our customers don’t need to imagine what the end product will look like, we show them before it even exists in the real world.

PARTNER LOGISTICAL SUPPORT FOR ALL TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSFERS TO EVENTS.
Top level Supercars team Matt Stone Racing specialise in racing two cars in the Supercars Championship across Australia and New Zealand. The significant resources of this team understandably are focused on the engineering, mechanical and logistical work required to succeed at the highest levels of the motor sport anywhere in the world. Whilst the team does have internal partnership management resources to look after existing team partners, Pit Lane Partners have been instrumental sourcing and managing many of the team’s sponsors for the last five years.
With the team not needing to spend significant time on sourcing the financial partners of the team they have been able to spend more time on performance and results which has led to the race team improving its Championship winning outcomes every year for the last five years in a row. Likewise, the sponsorship income has also grown every year for the last five years. There is no doubt that because both companies have focused on what they specialise in that this has contributed to these results

Our focus is on major events, teams and category projects but we will assist some drivers where we see a good commercial fit
Our Managing Director has been working in the motorsport Industry for over 25 years and has been responsible for events such as the the full commercial and training aspects of the Australian Formula 1 Celebrity Race and the delivery of the National BMW Driver Training programme Australia-wide as just two examples. In recent years our focus is almost 100% on partnerships within the Supercars category
